Fresh new creations

This summer was BUSY.. so my dreams of keeping our blog and e-newsletter going were very quickly dashed. Slowly but surely I’m catching up on all the things I meant to do all summer long so there might be a flurry of posts over the next few weeks.

The slower season allows us to indulge a little bit into some of our other creative ideas - like carving birch trees out of a reclaimed cedar fence! My parents tore down an old fence in their yard and of course we couldn’t just throw that wood out. Shelly got inspired to carve some birch trees and little schools of fish.
