This piece was inspired by a hike up the Empire Bluff Trail, one of my favorite spots in Leelanau County. Most views you see look towards the view of Sleeping Bear Dunes, but I couldn’t stop looking the other way. The rolling hills along the shoreline, the soft light, and those cotton candy skies completely pulled me in and I just had to paint it!
All of my prints are carefully packaged in a crystal-clear, cello sleeve with a sturdy backing board to keep them safe and protected during shipping.
